§ 01 · Work

Prototypes at the regulated edge of on-chain finance.

Prototype 01

An RWA allocation gateway for EU wealth managers.

A self-hosted allocation gateway that lets EU wealth managers and IFAs route client portfolios into tokenized real-world assets on the firm's own custody and payment accounts. The MiCA boundary between advisory (CIF) and execution (CASP) is structural: the operator of the software never touches the regulated surface.

Target user
EU wealth managers, independent financial advisors allocating retail portfolios into tokenized RWA.
Regulatory frame
MiCA · MiFID II · CIF / CASP boundary
Integration stack
Chainlink · Fireblocks · Morpho · Circle

Prototype 02

Socle: an AI-native regulatory back office for French independent financial advisors.

Consolidates fund data aggregation, AI-driven portfolio construction, MiFID II suitability scoring, and AMF-compliant document generation into a single workspace. Built from primary user research with practicing CIFs. SQLCipher-encrypted data architecture with multilingual PII anonymization before any external API call.

Target user
Solo CIFs spending 50%+ of advisory time on compliance paperwork.
Regulatory frame
MiFID II · GDPR · AMF · EU AI Act
Stack
TypeScript · Fastify · SQLCipher · Claude API · Playwright PDF

§ 02 · Thesis

RWA tokenization and the Ethereum vs Canton hosting fork.

Institutional tokenization has split along a hosting axis: public rails carry the liquidity, permissioned rails carry the confidentiality and control institutions require, and neither lets a regulated asset move without losing the constraints that make it usable. The thesis maps the split, sizes it with a bottom-up model, and lands on a narrower bet: the missing piece is constraints that travel with the asset, portable proof while accountability stays put.

§ 03 · About

About LOAM.

LOAM is the independent product practice of Noel Rimbert, running since 2018. For Shielded Technologies, he owned tokenization, compliance, and governance through Midnight Network's mainnet launch. For IOG, seven years spanning protocol infrastructure, wallets, observability, identity, and tokenization: standing up product operations, bootstrapping Project Catalyst into one of Web3's largest decentralized funding engines ($150M+ deployed across 84K+ community members), and shipping Hyperledger Identus, IOG's enterprise identity platform, to the Linux Foundation. Before the practice, trade finance at BNP Paribas CIB.

The prototypes above are the practice's current validation work: regulated DeFi, RWA tokenization, institutional crypto infrastructure, compliance primitives.
